1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Lucky 999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and Lucky 999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Lucky 999 website at lucky999.cash and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered on the platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet on Lucky 999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.
These Terms apply to all Lucky 999 services including games, payment transactions, promotions, the referral programme, and customer support interactions. These Terms are written in English (en-PK) and the English version shall prevail in the event of any dispute or inconsistency.
Lucky 999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes via the registered email address or an on-screen notification at login.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use Lucky 999. By completing registration, you declare that you are 18 or older. Lucky 999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If age verification is requested and not provided within 14 days, your account may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during this period will be held until verification is complete.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active Lucky 999 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment details, same device, same IP address, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. If Lucky 999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings reviewed in accordance with these Terms.
2.3 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, valid mobile number, and any other details requested. You must update your account information promptly if it changes. Lucky 999 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the member, including failed withdrawals to incorrectly entered payment details.
2.4 Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 999 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account is considered to be your activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Lucky 999 support immediately at support@lucky999.cash. Lucky 999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to safeguard their credentials.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC)
Lucky 999 may, at its sole discretion, require members to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point. This may involve submitting a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. Lucky 999's KYC process is conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
Lucky 999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in PKR. Lucky 999 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
3.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on Lucky 999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Lucky 999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in accordance with AML obligations.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of the request being confirmed. Bank IBFT transfers typically complete within two to four banking hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 working days depending on your issuing bank. Lucky 999 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
To withdraw funds, your account must be in good standing, your identity must be verified (or verification must not be outstanding on request), and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in relation to bonus funds. Real-money balance — funds deposited directly and not subject to any bonus — may be withdrawn at any time without restriction subject to normal processing procedures.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your Lucky 999 account details. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Attempting to withdraw to an account in another person's name may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed.
3.5 Dormant Account Fees
If a Lucky 999 account has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, it is considered dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of Rs 100 will be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member logging in. Lucky 999 will attempt to notify you via your registered contact details before dormancy fees begin.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All Lucky 999 bonuses and promotions — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral programme bonuses — are subject to specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. These Terms provide general bonus rules that apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Most Lucky 999 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and is displayed before you opt in. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Referral programme bonuses are an exception and carry zero wagering requirements.
4.3 Eligible Games
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Card games and Ludo may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the individual promotion terms. Playing a non-contributing game during an active bonus does not void the bonus but does not count toward wagering completion.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. Any associated winnings generated from an expired uncompleted bonus will also be forfeited. Validity periods are displayed in each promotion's individual terms.
4.5 Bonus Abuse
Lucky 999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to complete wagering with minimal variance, colluding with other players to claim bonuses fraudulently, and exploiting technical errors to obtain an unintended advantage. Lucky 999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on Lucky 999 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform, previous results, bet amounts, or any external factor. Each game's specific rules, paytable, Return to Player (RTP) percentage, and volatility information are accessible within the game interface.
Lucky 999 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the standard mathematical edge built into each game's design (reflected in the published RTP). In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnections, software errors, or display glitches — the round's outcome will be determined by the server-side game log. If the log is incomplete or corrupted, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. Wins generated as a result of a clear technical error that produced an outcome not achievable under normal game operation will not be honoured.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky 999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account per individual person
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
- Using software bots, automated betting scripts, or any form of artificial play assistance not disclosed and approved by Lucky 999
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate illegitimate winnings — any such winnings must be reported immediately to support and will not be paid out
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Lucky 999 to process funds from illegal sources
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with any part of the Lucky 999 platform, codebase, or game engines
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other platform users
- Facilitating access to the platform for minors or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers
Lucky 999 reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct in cases not explicitly listed above, using reasonable judgement and in the interest of maintaining a fair and safe platform for all members.
7. Responsible Gaming
Lucky 999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that encourages safe, responsible, and controlled play. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools that all members can access at any time from their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit. Limits activate immediately and increases require a 24-hour cooling period before they take effect.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Enable timed pop-up reminders showing session duration and net balance movement, so you can make an informed decision to continue or stop.
- Cool-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Gaming is suspended during this period but your account remains accessible for other purposes.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Lucky 999 gaming for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one hour of receipt. Contact support@lucky999.cash to initiate.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
Lucky 999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at lucky999.cash/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full. Key points include:
- Personal data you provide during registration and verification is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
- Lucky 999 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.
- All platform sessions and transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Lucky 999 retains account data for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping obligations.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lucky 999 platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of Lucky 999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Lucky 999 intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Lucky 999's brand name, logo, or platform content for commercial purposes or in a way that could mislead users is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 999's total liability to any member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Lucky 999 is not liable for:
- Loss of winnings due to technical faults attributable to the member's device, internet connection, or third-party software
- Delays in payment processing caused by the member's bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform
- Any loss arising from the member's reliance on information published on the platform that has since been updated or corrected
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Lucky 999's gross negligence.
11. Account Closure and Termination
11.1 Closure by Member
You may request closure of your Lucky 999 account at any time by contacting support@lucky999.cash. Before closing, any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure unless otherwise agreed.
11.2 Suspension or Termination by Lucky 999
Lucky 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account if a member is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if Lucky 999 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive. In cases of suspension, Lucky 999 will make reasonable efforts to notify the member and explain the reason. Genuine real-money balances will be returned to the member following investigation, unless the funds are found to be proceeds of fraud or other prohibited conduct.
12. Amendments to These Terms
Lucky 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material amendments — those that significantly affect member rights or obligations — Lucky 999 will provide at least 14 days' notice where practicable, via the email address associated with your account or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Lucky 999 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
